What is Required When Onboarding My Site with My Site Angel?

In order for us to manage your site properly and be able to make sure everything is always up to date or be able to customize, You’ll need to have the following:

  1. UserIDs and Passwords for your current hosting.
  2. Admin UserID and Password for your site (we can work around this if you can install our management plugin)
  3. Access to any special plugins used to build your site that were previously puchased.

If for some reason, you don’t have these (i.e. your previous web designer won’t give you your credentials), reach out to us and we may be able to help you obtain the missing info.

How difficult is it to set up my account on My Site Angel?

Not difficult at all! Other than a couple of things you’ll need to do to help us with initial access, We take care of everything! We even meet with you by live video via Google Meet and/or Zoom.

What is the Premium Plugin Library?

The Premium Plugin Library is for current customers of our service.  If you have specific functions you need your website to perform, then check out our library of licensed plugins before spending money for a plugin you may already have access to. 

What if I want to cancel?

No Problem at all! As much as we’d hate to see you go, we don’t require any of our customers to sign any lengthy and confusing contracts. Simply log into you dashboard and click on the cancel subscription button and we’ll honor our committment to taking care of your site until the end of the current month or year you have already paid for.

***Please note, if we are hosting your site and you cancel, you will be required to move the site before the end of the current period you last paid for. Additionally, any premium plugins you may be using from our libray through our license will also be removed or deactivated at the end of the last period paid for.
